our story

Easy Street started as a small 10×10 pop-up tent operation in a parking lot located in East Hollywood during February of 2020.

Originally, it was formed as a passion project to focus on creating and serving our version of a smashburger in Los Angeles.

Upon two years of operation as a pop-up food stand, Easy Street successfully opened their first brick and mortar in Studio City, CA, in 2022.
